24-TRQ40 handles added to the Handle Options section

The 24-TRQ40 and 24-TRQ40G handles have been added to our Handle Options section as a "Type E" Handle.

I have expanded on the page, adding a couple more V reels to the list. Schematics have also been revised.

66, 67 and 68 Longbeach Schematics

Updated the 66, 67 and 68 schematics to show the correct number of posts, post screws and post holes. Apparently, Penn's been using the same drawing for the last 60 years or so, for 60 thru 68, but only 60 and 65 have 4 posts, while 66 thru 68 have 6 posts.
