Schematic Update 114H w/post framework

Revised the post framework version of the regular and left hand schematics for the 114H, to make the change to #27 plates and #40 bearings more clear.

Just some small corrections and revisions.

Corrected the typo where the #56 Felt washers had accidentally been listed as HT100.

and then added the optional substitution part info to all of them about corresponding HT100's

Proper notes added to schematics about the design change in the clicker button and tongue.
We had the notes online in the parts descriptions in the catalog, but the schematics had never had the notes added.
